SF Film School is one of South Korea’s leading institutions for advanced training in VFX, CGI, and filmmaking. Recognised globally, it was ranked 11th worldwide in 2022 by The Rookies and has contributed to high-profile projects across Hollywood and the Korean entertainment industry.
For IACG students, the visit was both inspiring and immersive—offering first-hand exposure to a high-performance creative environment, meaningful learning experiences, and memories that continue to shape their creative outlook.
3dsense Media School is a premier digital arts institution based in Singapore, widely respected for its expertise in animation, game art, VFX, and motion design. The school has been consistently ranked among the Top 10 Art Schools worldwide by The Rookies from 2015 through 2024, a reflection of its sustained academic and creative excellence.
During our visit, we were warmly received by the founder, and our students benefited from an immersive learning experience—gaining practical insights into industry-level techniques, creative workflows, and professional standards followed across global film, gaming, and digital media projects.
LASALLE College of the Arts is a leading creative institution in Singapore, recognised for excellence in Contemporary Art, Design, Film, and Animation. The college has nurtured professionals who contribute to major global art and entertainment projects.
Our visit revealed a vibrant learning ecosystem where innovative thinking meets real-world application, supported by advanced studios, technology, and a strong focus on preparing globally relevant creative talent.
Kyoto Seika University, established in 1968, is internationally respected for its excellence in Manga, Anime, Visual Arts, and traditional Japanese arts. With alumni contributing to over 80% of globally recognised Manga and Anime works, the university stands as a major force in shaping modern visual culture.
Through a structured student and knowledge exchange program, IACG students immersed themselves in Japan’s artistic traditions while learning directly from experienced faculty and engaging with contemporary creative practices. The exchange extended both ways, with Seika’s students and faculty visiting IACG, appreciating our student work and strengthening a shared culture of creativity, collaboration, and mutual inspiration.
HAL Tokyo, part of Japan’s renowned HAL Institutes, stands as the country’s largest vocational school dedicated to creative and digital arts. Widely respected for its strength in Game Development, Animation, CG, Esports, and Digital Media Arts, HAL Tokyo is deeply aligned with industry practice and known for contributing to advanced work in gaming, VFX, and interactive technologies.
For IACG students, the visit was both energising and insightful. Exploring state-of-the-art studios and interacting with industry professionals offered a clear view of Japan’s hands-on, future-focused approach to digital arts education—leaving students inspired and better informed about global creative standards.
