Founded in 2002 by accomplished BITS, Pilani graduates, the International Academy of Computer Graphics (IACG) is driven by a strong blend of industry experience and creative vision. The founding team brings hands-on exposure from animation, VFX, and gaming production environments, shaping the institute with real-world insight.
At IACG Multimedia College, the focus is on identifying creative talent, nurturing it through practical learning, and building a collaborative community of artists and technologists committed to advancing the creative industry.
Mr. P.V. Swamy
CHAIRMAN
Polina Venkata Swamy brings together experience from farming, entrepreneurship, and academics into a leadership role driven by purpose. As Chairman of IACG, his focus has always been on creating opportunities that help young talent discover and develop their true potential.
Guided by his belief that everyone is born with the ability to rise when given the right platform, he introduced the IACG Scholarship initiative, enabling hundreds of deserving students to access quality education and meaningful career paths.

A seasoned multimedia education professional with a doctorate in Human Resources and over 27 years of experience in the creative industry, he has been a key pillar of IACG for more than two decades. As Principal, he leads the institution’s academic direction with clarity and purpose, ensuring consistent standards of excellence while guiding its long-term growth.

An accomplished HR professional with international exposure through OTSI and Lloyds Technology Centre, including hands-on experience with the U.S. market. At IACG, he plays a key role in strengthening organizational systems, shaping talent strategy, and nurturing staff development to support long-term growth and scalability.

A Senior Tech Lead at Apple (USA), he brings over 24 years of deep expertise in VLSI programming and advanced semiconductor technologies. His professional journey includes key roles at Synopsys Inc., TechForce Inc., Open Silicon Research, and QualCore Logic Inc..
At IACG, he serves as a strategic advisor, guiding technology-led initiatives and contributing to long-term organizational development with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and future readiness.

A versatile professional with nine years of technical experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), she later expanded her journey into Fashion and Interior Designing, guided by a strong creative instinct. At IACG Intermediate College, she currently leads academic strategy and operational execution, ensuring a balanced blend of structure, creativity, and academic excellence.
